Visit China’s first indigenously built icebreaker in SZ

According to the schedule for the China Marine Economy Expo, Xuelong 2, China's first indigenously built icebreaker, will be open to the public on October 14 and on the morning of October 15. Shenzhen residents will have a chance to visit the ship for free through online booking.
Xuelong 2 will dock at Shenzhen’s Shekou Port, the city’s main cruise shipport, from October 13 to 15. The vessel will set sail for Antarctica on the afternoon of October 15, joining other Xuelong vessels in carrying out China's 36th Antarctic expeditions.
To visit Xuelong 2, residents can make an appointment through the official website of the China Marine Economy Expo.Visitors will need to arrive at exit A of Wanxia Metro Station 40 minutes before their appointment time, to catch a direct shuttle bus. ID cards and proof of reservation will be required to secure a ticket at the bus.
