2010 Book fair's attendance reaches a high
The 2010 Guangzhou book fair comes to an end at the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center today (August 25). The book fair lasted for one week and saw over 700,000 visitors. Our journalist Luosu has the report:
Over 600 publishing organizations attended the fair with over 250,000 different books being displayed. Visitors seemed to very much enjoy the fair:
"record" I think it's quite good. There are many choices of books here. What's more important, we enjoy discounts. It's not easy to get discount in other book shops.
This fair has attracted many more visitors than previous years. A professional for international exhibition agreed that this is a big success:
"record" the trend of the use of new media such as Internet and electronic books was clearly present on the fair. And the scale has reached a national level.
