Drivers violating the odd-even numbered license plate measure will face a penalty of up to 200 yuan and shall see 3 points deducted from their driving license. Over 100 signs will be set up to remind drivers of the limitation measures which shall last until the 20th of this month. Tomorrow, only cars with their license plate number ending with an odd-number can drive in Guangzhou.
