House Transactions and Prices in Guangzhou Bounce Back Again Statistics released by the netease.com real estate data center show that in March, Guangzhou's real estate market bounced back again after slowing down in February during Spring Festival. The number of real estate transactions and the property prices both bounced back considerably with over 650,000 square meters of new houses sold, that's a rise of over 65% month-on-month, and housing prices averaged 11,700 yuan per square meter, nearly a 14% rise over February.
Domestic Flight Fuel Surcharge Announced to Drop by 10 Yuan Traveling by plane might cost you less after the General Administration of Civil Aviation and the National Reform and Development Commission yesterday (Mar 31st) issued a joint notice, announcing a decrease in the domestic flight fuel surcharge, which is expected to be cut by 10 yuan per each passenger for those travelling over 800 kilometers.
