Over the past two months, the overall consumption across the Province hit over 50 billion kilowatt-hours, up 20% over the same period last year. According to the Guangdong Power Grid Cooperation, the electricity supply will remain stable and has not been affected by the drought in southwest China. However, caps on electricity supplies will be imposed on high energy consuming industries.
