The move comes after academic research shows that one meal in ten across the nation is likely prepared with the dangerous counterfeit product. The Guangdong Food & Drug Bureau said that they will conduct sample checks and exert more efforts to ban restaurants and other food suppliers from purchasing oil without proper information tags.
