Experts now predict that the real estate market around the southern railway station will grow by around 20%.

76% of Government Expenditure Allocated to Improve Livelihood The Guangdong Financial Department today issued a report which claims that over 76% of government expenditure will be devoted to improve people's livelihood and balance the inequalities between difference regions in Guangdong. This year's fiscal budget will amount to 156.4 billion Yuan. Also in 2010, the Guangdong Government will allocate 5 billion Yuan for compulsory education.
