GD MSA Exerts Great Efforts to Ensure Water-borne Transportation Safety
The Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration yesterday (Sep 28th) announced that they will exert greater efforts to examine boats and fords to ensure the safety of water-borne transportation during the upcoming National Day Holidays. What's more, the administration has also declared Oct 1st to 8th as a blackout period when no transportation of haphazard articles should be allowed.

GZ Sees First Wave of Foreign "Travel Rush"
Yesterday (Sep 28th), many travel agencies in Guangzhou saw the first wave of citizens traveling abroad for the 8-day National Day holiday. Statistics show that travel packages with destinations in Europe, Australia, Japan, and Korea are amongst the most popular. The famous GZL International Travel Service alone sent more than 2000 tourists abroad from Guangzhou yesterday.

Central Government Issues Six Billion Yuan State Bonds in HK
Yesterday (Sep 28th) the Central Government issued a total of 6 billion Yuan worth of state bonds in Hong Kong that are now available for purchase by the public. These bonds are available in two, three or five year terms. The result of the bonds sale will be announced on Oct 22nd.
