In Shenzhen, 169 flights were delayed yesterday, stranding nearly 10,000 passengers.The typhoon, the 15th this year, has brought heavy rain to Guangdong. China's central observatory said that during the next two days, Koppu would bring heavy rain to most parts of southwestern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Hainan and Guangdong.
