GZ Medical Insurance Cover all Citizens Guangzhou's new medical insurance scheme came into force today (July 1). The new policy enables all Guangzhou residents to enjoy outpatient reimbursements, including for the city's 417,000 unemployed. In addition, for minors and students, every 80 yuan paid into the scheme will be met by a 100 Yuan government subsidy.

Guangzhou Real Estate Transaction Drops 20% Statistics from a well-known real estate website, Jiaodian, show that the number of properties traded in Guangzhou reached just over 10,500 in June, a 20% drop compared to May. In addition, for the first time, the website has decided to reveal the number of people who have decided to return their property and ask for reimbursement. 108 houses were refused in June, which is about 1% of the total number of transactions.
