China to complete 200 bln yuan local gov't bond issues next month
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) said yesterday that a program involving 200 billion yuan (29.41 billion U.S. dollars) in local government bonds is scheduled to end next month. The MOF said in a statement that it planned to issue local government bonds valued at 24 billion yuan in the latter half of June, which meant that 165.9 billion yuan worth of local bonds would have been issued by the end of June.

International Plastic Products Trade Center to Be Built in GZ
Construction of the International Plastic Products Trade Center started in Liwan District, Guangzhou. With an investment of over 1 billion RMB, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2010. The trade volume of raw plastic materials in the Pearl River Delta accounts for 30% of the total in China.
