2009 GZ Housing Expo Closes
The 2009 Guangdong-Guangzhou Housing Expo closed yesterday (May 17th). The exhibition lasted 3 days and attracted around 10,000 visitors. Some experienced developers pointed out that investors who had disappeared from the market at the outbreak of the international financial crisis have started to come back again. Although the first quarter of 2009 saw a 15% drop in real estate investment in Guangdong, the situation seems to be slowly getting better.
