118 Million Yuan Allocated to Improve Areas around Garden Hotel
Garden Hotel has been designated to be the official hotel for next year's Guangzhou Asian Games, so starting today (Oct 27th) and after allocating 118 million Yuan, Guangzhou will improve the appearance and the surroundings of the hotel including living communities along Jiansheliu Malu, Huale Lu, and Taojin Lu.

Asian Games Venues Complete Early
Yesterday (Oct 26th) the Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission revealed that some venues currently under construction for next year's Asian Games should be completed soon, ahead of time. Amongst them, 50 competition venues, 20 training venues and 10 backup venues are expected to be completed before next March.

Luogang District Holds "Asian Games English Day"
Yesterday morning (Oct 26th), an activity named "Asian Games English Day" was held in Luogang District in Guangzhou. The aim is promote English learning ahead of next year's event which shall see thousands of English speakers flock to city. The 10 finalists competed for 5 positions working for the Asian Games as "English Ambassadors", presenting in English the Asian Games disciplines to the audiences.
