He is the president of the American Chamber Commerce in South China to talk a little bit about money in business and how that works in representative for companies here in Guangzhou. Harley said Guangzhou is going through a "magical transformation" before the Asian Games and has changed from a small city to a major metropolis with modern airport, the latest communication systems with Wi-fi everywhere. "Guangzhou is the place offers great deals, high quality lifestyle and opportunities for business. Surely, the life in Guangzhou will be better after the Asian Games," said Harley.
