Establishing Public Service System of China Service Outsourcing Information
The Ministry of Commerce will take the lead in establishing a Public Service Website of China Service Outsourcing Information with the support of the base cities, multinational enterprises, service outsourcing enterprises, famous service outsourcing organizations and related research institute. This will serve the outsourcing enterprises, domestic and overseas service outsourcing enterprises, related governmental departments, research institutes, colleges and universities and their graduates by providing them with information related to service outsourcing. They will also establish a platform for service outsourcing trades and providing public services for the recruitment of college and university graduates by the service outsourcing enterprises. This website will also strengthen international publicity for this industry in China and create a health image for "Chinese Service".
Perfecting the Service-outsourcing-related Intellectual Property Rights Protecting System
To establish an intellectual property rights complaint center in base cities, take strong measures against infringements of different kinds and strengthen the protection of the intellectual property rights.
The base cities must further perfect the legal system of intellectual property rights protection according to the special features of the service outsourcing industry, formulate rules and regulations on confidentiality of service outsourcing data, establish an overall assessment system for intellectual property rights protection of this industry and create a sound social environment of openness based on sincerity.
